The thin wires used for the various tools are spot-welded, and the welds easily break (particularly on the forks). Whatever you do, DON'T try to bend the forks to a more convenient angle. I'd suggest getting a better-built set (you don't need 10 different shapes, anyway).

I paid way to much for this product. It is flimsy, and not up to the task it was designed for. The tines on the forks broke off during the first use. I am sorely disappointed.
